Whether it’s a flat battery, locked-in keys, accident support and flat or damaged tyres, we’ve got you covered, day or night, city or country. With Mazda Premium Roadside Assistance, help is always there when you need it.

If there’s a battery problem, we’ll test, jump start or coordinate a replacement.
If your fuel runs out, we’ll provide you with enough to get to the nearest petrol station.
If you have a flat tyre, we’ll replace it with your spare, or if need be transport you to a repair facility.
If you’ve lost or locked your keys, we’ll attempt a retrieve, arrange a replacement or transport your vehicle to an authorised repairer.
If you’ve broken down, we’ll transport your vehicle to the nearest Mazda Dealership or a designated location within 50km.
Following an accident, we’ll coordinate towing, provide advice and if required coordinate alternative transport.
We’ll recover bogged vehicles when the conditions are safe. If specialist equipment is required, additional costs will be incurred.
Following a breakdown or accident, we’ll relay urgent messages to your family, friends or associates.
If your vehicle has broken down and must be transported to the nearest authorised repairer, we’ll provide up to $110 for a taxi.
